I like the way Wally and Shaun clean our carpet. I really loved the way they took the time to explain to us us what was going on and what they were doing.
Friendly and efficient. But, I think your radio ads are misleading. You advertise specials but when you call for an appt you find out that there are extra charges due to room size, stain treatments, and enviroment fees.
I have used zerorez 3 times now and every time they exceed my expectations. Once you try zererez you will her use any one else. They are the best .Excellent service.
Stain removal process-overall cleaning quality good but several stains had to be redone after your guys left
We had not had our carpeting clean for several years. Needless to say, our expectations were not too high. We thought the carpets would be clean but there would still be areas that would still show wear and tear. We were pleasantly surprised how great the carpeting looked after the Techs were finished. We have already told a few of our friends about how pleased we were.
The tech showed me several different products - loved my carpet cleaning first of all, and then eventually I'd like my grout cleaned.
Albert Gutierrez was an amazing tech and his partner Keith as well.
In fact, I have another room I need cleaned so as soon as I get my house back to normal, I will call you again.

I just had the pleasure of having Troy clean my carpets yesterday. Of course he did an impecable job, and my carpets look like new again! I want to commend you for having such an amazing employee. Troy explained your cleaning and water solutions thoroughly and got right to work. He protected my walls from the hoses and took care of all the places on my carpet that needed extra attention. He made sure to give me a fare price for the cleaning I needed, helped me to decide on an additional rug to clean so that I received my moneys worth! I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of his work, and the fact that he didn't try to pressure me, or do the hard sale approach to up-sale the job. He is one of the most pleasant young men I have allowed in my home, and I have been known to turn workers away if I felt uneasy with them. Safety and honesty is a huge factor these days when considering a company for a job that requires the workers to be inside my home. I will definitely use your services again in another 6-8 months, and hope all your employees are as wonderful as Troy. It will be a pleasure to recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!

The tech did a great job on carpets. I wasn't impressed with having to pay an environmental charge and then dirty water from the days cleaning was drained from the truck in my yard. What kind of nonsense is that? Carpets look great though

Your representative was early. He was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed about his progress and kept showing me his work. When he was done, the carpets looked new even though they are 11 years old and the tile and grout looked awesome!! Great job!
