My carpets alway look and smell clean . Most

Who cleaned he was professional and did an excellent job .
the fact that you don't use soap. it dries in about 4 hours for me. the prompt calls about setting up time frame appts. the service called when he was on his way. i was very happy with the servicemen that came to my home. i have used zerorez several times. the cost is a little on the high side, but it doesn't stop me because of the quality of the cleaning.

Carpet came clean with no up sales
Everyone was friendly and called and show up when they said they would. Carpets look great!
I just expected more of the spots and stains to come out. Overall, the carpet looks much better, and I understand that not everything can be removed. Looked amazing when wet but after dried, was a disappointed that more of the trouble spots were not gone, especially when I paid much more to use Zerorez over other companies because of their great reputation.
Mitchell was great at explaining how product works. He was friendly and polite. He cleaned up any water that got on tile floor. I am so pleased with how carpets look!
The young man that came to clean our carpet was very knowledgeable and pleasant to

This is the second time I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez and when it needs it again I will use Zerorez again!! My carpet feels like it's new again and looks new again. I honestly can't believe it looks so nice!! Thank you. Eric was also very professional so I would recommend him also to anyone as the one to perform the service.
The service guys Albert and C.J. were very thorough. My carpets had heavy traffic patterns and they test spotted them to give me a chance to see what the cleaning could do. It was amazing. The two of them were very courteous to me and to each other saying please and thank you to one another. I am very happy with the service of zerorez and will talk about it to friends. They also cleaned 2 recliners for me which also turned out wonderful. First name removed K
