Prices are high...quality of cleaning on area rug was marginal
Easy to schedule service. Tech arrived within 2-hour window, and there was a call prior to arrival. Tech was professional, and service was done quickly and thoroughly.
I like that's it's just water, and that the pre-treatment is essentially citrus peel. It dried super fast and not "crunchy".

Josh the Technician did a great job, worked hard to make sure the dirty dusty carpets looked there best and very fair on pricing the room sizes.
The guy who cleaned it was ver friendly. took him about an hour. thought it would take longer. upon initially looking at it, it looked cleaner than before but after time i noticed spots were still there. also, its been a couple days and it smells HORRIBLE in our house. like wet dog. i assumed you guys would deodarize too.

I especially appreciated the spot/pet treatment equipment. Have not seen this from any other carpet cleaning company. Corner guards a nice touch. Also, Derek was very professional and skilled. Lastly, our carpet dried much quicker than I had expected.

1. The way my carpet looks when they are done is very impressive.
2. I've met 3 of your staff and all three have been AWESOME! Kind, not judgmental(my carpets were REALLY bad when they arrived), professional, and friendly. They were very cautious of my home. Every detail was recognized and taken care of. They even put padding on the corners of my walls so their cords and hoses wouldn't damage it.
3. The service was fast. It didn't take all day. They called when they were 10 minutes away from my house so I didn't have to sit around a wait all day.
