My carpets looked new again and, unlike other professional cleaners, the color is restored. Other cleaners leave the carpet hard and after a few steps on it, the carpet would have a matted down look again. Zerorez made my carpets shiny, colorful and soft to the touch. After walking on it and enduring two dogs, the carpets still look clean and not matted down at all!

Very friendly serviceman who did a good, quality job. However, I have not received a receipt. When I asked, I was told it would be emailed to me.

The service was exceptional. The tech was on time, I received a call when he was on the way, that was very helpful with planning my day. The carpets came very clean with no residue or smell. Price a bit too high for the area done. Most furniture wasn't able to be moved, thus the area was small especially in the 2nd bedroom acting as a den.
