Made it sound like you better then other companies and were experts at getting pet stains out of carpets but after spending over $200 with addled pet treatment the stains are still there . Very unhappy and I think I should get most of my money for not getting what u advertise .
Another tec came over to correct the problem and I was then told that the original tec should have never done the job cause there were too many stairs . Here again I am out $200 and my carpet looks the same. Not right at all.

Your two technicians are great people and did a great job. I appreciated how they explained that they had the ability to clean both our exterior patio and garage areas for a minor additional cost. Both areas turned out great.
The great job it does and the quality of work
Your representatives got to work immediately worked out on every stain n believe there were alot of stains from urine stains to grease, vomited from our dogs when they got sick. They almost removed all the stain except the red stain from red drinks. I will refer u to our friends n family n will use your services again thank you very much my carpet almost looks new the color of my carpet is cloud blue don't know why anyone would put this color down but it lookeddark gray now its alot lighter
My carpets are the cleanest they have been with any carpet cleaning company and there is no soap used in the cleaning process. I will never use an company other than Zerorez again.

I liked how thoroughly your estimator evaluated our needs and then structured his quote with what he thought was a "fair" value. The technician was equally thorough with explaining exactly what he was going to do. He was very friendly and worked his way through the house very efficiently. Our carpets looked great once they were dry. I will use Zerorez for my next cleaning and will probable have our two leather couches cleaned as well.

I heard about Zerorez from the radio advertisements on KNIX. I was very happy with the cleaning. I thought it was well done and made a significant difference. Also, I really liked my representative Albert. He was very professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was polite and arrived on time.
