Carpet was very clean, especially the heavy traffic spots.
The carpet feels very crunchy like there is still residue on it. The man who cleaned them was very very nice and did a good job but reeked of cigarette smoke so bad even from several feet away. Also I am very sensitive to artificial scents- I was told that the citrus spray was totally natural but it really seemed to me to have a citrus fragrance added, it was very potent and I could smell it long after the carpets were finished being cleaned- this also seemed to go against being "no residue". I get migraines from fake scents so would have foregone the spray had I known it would be so potent. I really liked the idea of no residue and no chemicals used, just not 100% convinced that's what I recieved
Your products really clean well and I like that there is no detergent buildup after the carpet is cleaned. This is the 2nd year I've used Zerorez and each time I've had incredible servicemen. This year was Jeff Klaus and he was excellent. He was polite, respectful of my rugs and furniture, plus he did an outstanding job getting stains out that I was sure wouldn't come out. He was friendly and very professional. I always recommend your company and wouldn't use anyone else.

I just like the way the carpet looks after it has been cleaned and it is not sopping wet. Everything is done in a timely manner, very professional.

I'm happy with your product. However; I was speaking with the ladies in your booth at the Home & Garden Show and told them about my last experience. I should have responded to your feedback request a very long time ago but they urged me to do it now. Even after talking with them it's still taken me too long to respond. Sorry about that.
The first technician was Casey Jones. Wonderful experience. He did such a good job and has such a good personality. The second visit was Casey also but not the same one. This experience was not quite as good. I know the 1st Casey isn't with you anymore and they told me the 2nd Casey is no longer there either. The November experience wasn't quite as pleasant. He and his trainee arrived unexpectedly at least 1/2 hour if not more earlier than scheduled. I still had a couple things to move out of the way. It was hurry, hurry from the time they walked through the door so I understood why they were early...the last job was probably a hurry, hurry situation also. The trainee I could tell was a little uncomfortable with this. The trainee was a very pleasant young man & I hope the job worked out for him. It had been agreed that since I have 1 room and not 3 that there were a couple area rugs that they would do a quick job on. Which they did.
The bedroom is the room to be cleaned and after they left the carpet was soaking wet!! I know this hadn't happened the 1st cleaning. Casey Jones had a real challenge because my husband had been doing the shampooing and my sick dog had been eating in that room so it was pretty bad; probably some grease spots, etc. He did an outstanding job so I guess my standards were high the next time. He didn't leave the carpet wet either.
This time it was just a normal carpet that needed cleaning. I had to put fans in the room to help the drying process & it just didn't look bright and clean. I know this feedback is not very relevant now that Casey is no longer with you. I'll be more prompt next time. The ladies gave me a name to request in the future. The tech did a great job and all of the stains came out
I had cleaning re-done on my large area rug and the technician did a great job this time. The rug looks much cleaner and I am defintely glad we had him come back out.

Very professional. My carpet looked awesome after it was cleaned, despite it had been almost 2 years since the last time I cleaned it and the carpet is 12 years old. Very satisfied. I will be calling you back to do my tiles.
Way too expensive!!!! Yes the carpets look good & the service man was great, but I feel like I could have gotten so much more for my money from another company. He was done so quickly for $245! I also did not like how they didn't say anything about the extra protectant ($25 per area) when I scheduled. I did not have it done since I wasn't expecting anything costing additional. For the price I paid I feel like I should of had everything extra included.

i like that there is no residue left behind. The carpets were left clean and soft as if they were new. The tecnician was courteous and very professional, and had all 3 rooms done in less than an hour. Will definately use in the future!
This was the service I had expected from Zerorez in the first place. Keith has totally redeemed your reputation in my opinion. However I do have a concern as even Keith had asked me if I was sure the last technician had even cleaned the stairs. They were that dirty.
But in the end, yes I am very satisfied with the service that was provided. Well done Keith...well done.

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in 4 years. The technician did an excellent job. He also had to work around movers who were late getting to our house. He made recommendations for services, but did not push me into a service that I really didn't need.
My one recommendation would be to tell more people about the mop/cleaning kit. This was invaluable. My daughter breaks out when she uses any kind of cleaning product. This allows her to clean without having a reaction.
Carpets and tile were cleaned expertly. Technicians knew what they were doing. Overall quality service.

The technician was professional and arrived as scheduled. He explained the carpet and tile cleaning process prior to service. My carpet and tile look almost as good as new!

None chemical process
The employees were clean, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I also like the fact that my carpets were very clean and did not smell like chemicals. Susan T.
