I had Steven Richardson as the service technician, he assured me that he would do a job that I would be pleased with. The carpet had been abused by rental tenants that did not show any consideration for keeping it cleaned. The carpet looked very good after the cleaning and I was most impressed with the job that Steven did. He cleaned the tile grout in the kitchen and dining room as well making it look far superior to what it had before he did the cleaning. He took photos and sent them to me since I was out of town when the job was done. I feel that he went the extra mile to make a happy customer. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend the company to others as well.
