The technicians were great! We are pleased with how they looked when they left. I am hoping the spots will not come back. Our tile looks wonderful, like new! I will definitely recommend them to others.
After the tech left I found my floors were sticky/greasy. I have liquid splatter marks all over the bottom of my cabinets and baseboards. I have used them for carpet cleaning but never tile cleaning before. Don't think I would use them again for this service. Called customer service and they were great, very apologetic, but now I have to go thru the cleaning process all over again. What a pain for me!
Trevon and his helper did an excellent job though we were not able to get all the stains out of the grout. I’m still very satisfied with the service that was done.
Love the non chemical water. Tech (Juan) was on time, polite and did a great job. I have only used zerorez to clean my carpets for the past 8-10 years and will never go back to the other carpet cleaners.

When doing air duct cleaning, please please either get something taller to protect wall corners or have an additional person to make sure the hoses start off the walls. I had a few corners that got rubbed by the hose and the marks won't just clean off. I'll need to repaint them.
