The carpet looks spotty…and not really clean. I clean my carpet twice a year typically, so it’s not in bad shape, which is why I am surprised it can’t look better than this. The tech did attempt to re-clean areas I immediately brought to his attention. I decided to allow it to dry and perhaps it would look better, but it still looks very spotty.

The damage done to my home was so disappointing. The damage to ceilings around every single vent/register was quite extensive and the damage to baseboards and walls was sad. I have a painter coming on Tuesday to give me a quote for all the damage. I NEVER would have done vent cleaning if I knew how much damage it would do to our newly remodeled home. Tom was here on Thursday to do a re do of my carpet shampoo. I want to commend
him and the great job he did.
The carpets look clean, fresh, and have fluffed up. I had used zerorez in the past and
this was the first time I had an issue with the job that was done on the 13th. Tom
renewed my faith in zerorez.
I had always liked the zerorez process and the way the carpets looked after being
