if you're asking customers to add NOTES to the reservation section, then READ THEM. I asked for the driver to pull up to the garage area, but, naturally, he did NOT.

Mike was very courteous. He took the time to explain the cleaning process and answer all my questions. The results of his work were outstanding. I had a stain on my carpet for some time, and he managed to remove it. He was upfront with different extras and explained in detail so that I would understand what the difference was. This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez and I won't use anyone else. Unfortunately one of the homes we moved into didn't have any carpet. Zerorez is a great company. The cleaning they do is far superior to other cleaners I have used over the years. The carpet doesn't stay wet that long. Spots come out and don't come back.
