The quality cleaning process
The service was really friendly….. my rugs turned out so bright and refreshed…. I was very satisfied!
I used your service in the past but this one was disappointing. The tech kept complaining that our carpet was short & hard to clean, old (even though it is 2yrsold)… that he did not want to waste time redoing, that he could not guarantee the outcome, that he had 5 more homes scheduled for the day. … sooo… the carpet is not as clean as with other past experiences. Disappointing. *I even tipped him 20% cash asking for further attention… which he skimmed thru.. not satisfied.
He was very personable professional and very long and understanding with our situation had empathy for what was going and realy was a fun person. He did a outstanding job and above and beyond amazing!

We are aware our technician was new. However. The carpets still have the same smashed carpet and smells that they had before we had them cleaned. The carpets are only 1 year old. Disappointing.

The price I was quoted when I made the appointment was not the price quoted / charged when the technician arrived. I was very disappointed and felt that I was misled as to the costs. The Tech did a good job and did what he could to make it right butthe price I ended up paying was 70 % higher than I was quoted. I would not likely recommend zerorez based on setting false expectations as to cost

We requested a specific tech and did not get him. It has been our experience that how well our carpet turns out depends on who comes out. We have given up on some stains and high traffic areas as they always return after a few days.
Damage to tile and baseboards. Thick black hair on baseboards, tile and door. Handprints. Informed me after the cleaning that they do not clean adhesive and sticky stuff from tile(which is why I had them come out) My tile looked the same as when I mop my floor. Not impressed.
Your service techs are excellent and efficient.
Good price and good service
My carpet is crunchy and I feel they didn’t clean the carpets very well. Still look dirty.
