Exactly as you proclaim…. No residue left, just clean carpet & upholstered chair that were a challenge but our tech made them look like new

The first time I used your company the guy did a great job on our carpets. I had been a customer of another company for years and their service had gone down so I wanted to try your company. Well this last time your guy didn’t do a very good job. He rushed through the job and I was disappointed in how they came out.

Device was great , tech was great. Did not like having to pay $15 out of mkt fee. The hole any room bigger than 16 by 16 is double sounds a bit money scam. Interior of the house was only 1100 ft. You are not the cheapest but was worth the money.

Carpets are so clean; they look brand new. Pet stains completely removed. Thank you.

Easy, friendly and great service and work

I was quoted $45 a room and then it was on sale for the day you were here and you did not honor that. and $4 is not the problem. I was not told that you could not clean carpets that had old pet stains. I explained to your nice employee that when I bought this house I never saw the old stains because they were very careful not t o let me in the times it did not show up according to the lighting. I found this mess after I moved in. Stains also on the sofa, I said something to my neighbor and found out the prior owner had a cat she could not take care of that was very sick and some neighbors tried to help, but the cat was eventually put down. Had I known that zero rez could not remove stains I would have called someone else to help . I had to wait to afford you as I am on a very tight budget and the $115 for you served me no purpose. Your employee was very nice and explained that these were old stains.

I like that my carpets and floors get cleaned without harsh chemicals and that you don’t have that crunchy feel on your carpet. It’s good that they have specials and their flexible if you have to change your schedule.

Technician was amazing! Took care of our needs and went above and beyond.

The tech that came to my home was super nice and friendly. That being said for almost 700 dollars there shouldn’t not have been dead bugs left through out my home. Dust still in every corner. My grout looks exactly the same as it did prior to his cleaning. I feel like I wasted my money

Scheduling was quick and easy, within the same week. Our technician MPowers was very respectful of our home and gave our two young Goldens love. He was very knowledgeable with our stains and worked very hard to resolve them.

The Rep that came out was very good, polite and curtious.

Carpet looks great and feels super soft. Not hard and stiff like some carpet cleaners

Prices quoted should be charged. I liked the process, wished the carpets could have come a little cleaner.
