Great and fast service!

Employees arrived on time and were very professional. It was a small job but I felt they gave it as much attention as any other job. The service itself was quick and they were thorough with the follow up care instructions. I will not hesitate to call back then next time I need a cleaning.

Never called or emailed me to let me know when or if it was ready. Tried calling 4 times and got a record of a very long sell pitch on zerorez witch is very annoying when you want to talk to someone. Then it say someone will call you back . Whatever never herd back from anyone so after a week an half not hearing from anyone i drove to the place and still a waiting game. Zero for zerorez.

It was so easy to schedule service. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets including removing pet oder. Definitely recommend and I would use them again.

Technician communicated arrival & was on time. Carpets dried quickly.

I have used Zerorez since 1998 because they don’t use a soap so never residue left in the carpet. Also the carpets are not left wet but dry in a few hours. I do like having them cleaned in the mornings and wait until the next morning to put furniture back but that is just me and I feel more comfortable doing it that way.
One other thing I have found is the pleasantness that every person that has ever cleaned the carpet from the first time to this past one has been friendly, worked hard and represented the company in the highest of standards.

My carpet is only 2 years old and there is still a path that was not able to be cleaned completely. I keep my house extremely clean, don’t wear shoes, and it’s just me.

Joshua was informative and presented other options we could include with our rug cleaning. The gentlemen were respective and helpful.
