We have used carpet cleaning services in different states and on different houses. By far, Zerorez is the best service we have used anywhere. We loved Jordan as our technician. He did a fantastic job, was quick but thorough, and made our experience even better than our ones before. We definitely will recommend Zerorez to everyone we know.
What is disappointing is I had to pay for two rooms when I only needed one cleaned and the fact that you want me to tip now… life is expensive enough we shouldn’t need to tip for these sort of services. I went with you because I had used you in the past and had good success, but I think I will look elsewhere next time. The technician was fantastic. It’s not Anything against him. In all honesty, if I would’ve known about the tipping ahead of time, I would’ve done something completely different.
Very throughly cleaned all my carpets!
The carpet was still dirty. We didn't know this until he left because we didn't walk on it but when we did, the bottoms of our feet were black.
The tech was very friendly. I’ve used zerorez for carpet cleaning and would continue to do that. This is the first time I’ve used zerorez for cleaning an outdoor sofa and for how much it cost and how it turned out, I wouldn’t do it again. Wasn’t enough of a noticeable difference between the before and after.

From first call to last, Zerorez provided exceptional service. Larry was efficient in walking me through which areas and services we wanted so that we could get an appropriate estimate - and was patient when I called a few times inquiring about other options. Cassie our technician was so easy to work with and very accommodating on both visits - we had carpets done one day, flooring and grout the next. After the first day we were so happy and impressed with her work that we requested her for the second day. She did the rooms in an order we requested that made it easier for us with our pets and the need to put certain rooms back together first after cleaning. After walking through to discuss each day's services, she wasted no time getting started, worked straight through and finished in the estimated time - but was careful of our home at all times. Larry and Mitch we're also very responsive to questions I had about our service. Quality interactions with everyone we dealt with at ZeroRez. It's great to see and know that our floors, carpets and area rugs are clean! Will use ZeroRez and Cassie for future needs. Thanks!
Colton and Quincy, did a fabulous job on my carpets. They listened to my concerns about the high-traffic areas, and after they were done, our carpets looked great! I highly recommend them, and their room special pricing ( $45 per room) was the best pricing I found.
Would prefer to not get the added sales pitch.

I must say I was disappointed this time in the how we were charged. We live in a park model and we asked for the Arizona room and the deck to be shampooed. There is a small area going to the back door that is actually part of the Arizona room but he charged us for a hallway.
It was an extra $30.00 for something that should have been included.
