We have wool carpeting and the person who did our carpet was very good. He went over things before he started and was very professional. We have used Zerorez in the past and have been very pleased with the services.

Our technician, Reginald, was VERY professional and knowledgeable. I learned more about my carpets than I was even aware there was to learn. We didn’t feel pressured to upgrade any of our services, and due to his level of customer service there is no doubt in my mind that we will be using Zerorez for more services in the future.
