We had a misunderstanding with our first representative that came out. He seemed to think that moving 2 single beds on rollers without headboards was beyond his job description. I know that most everyone is stressed with this election not being resolved could have played a part in the personality clash that seemed to develope. He left. A trainer, Tim, and his trainee came over and we are very happy with the results.

I truely would like to know if it is company policy for your representatives not to move single beds on rollers without headboards. I also would like to know about sectionals that are not connected. Are we supposed to have everything removed that we want cleaned under?

This was not clear to me. Do we have to get furniture movers to get our carpet cleaned?

We love the cleaning solution, it smells fresh without being overpowering. Our carpeting always looks beautiful after it dries thoroughly. We opt for the carpet protectant after each cleaning which really helps to preserve our carpeting. We are also very happy with Daryl, our carpet tech. He is really knowledgeable, works hard and is very nice to work with!! We were blessed to get him last year and requested him this season as well. We couldn’t be happier. One thing we forgot to ask Daryl for is the free refill of your cleaning solution you offer to those who have their carpets cleaned. I will follow up with your office about this. We LOVE Zerorez!!
