Technician Adrian was professional, polite, respectful of our time, and thorough in his explanations. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to push additional products/services. The carpet looks great.

The one disappointment was that living room was omitted on the work order. It was the first room I mentioned to the scheduler; she asked me several questions about it. This oversight, of course, increased the invoice price.

Aside from this, I am pleased with Zerorez, have told others about my experience, and will definitely call you in the future.

Reginald did a fantastic job! He walked me through all of our rooms, I pointed the problem areas, and he gave me great recommendations for how to treat stains in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and enthusiastic! He said the job would take an hour, and that’s exactly what it took. Our carpet looks brand new!

Great service and professional staff

We were so pleased with the service this time. The first time, ZeroRez came out and he quickly cleaned our carpets, but after it dried, there were stains still visible in our sunroom. After living with that for a while, we decided it was time to try again. This time, the technician, Johnny V, said that you need to go over it slowly and also recommended a scotchguard type treatment. Our sunroom looks wonderful!!! We were so happy to see it look clean again!! He did an amazing job, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and took his time to make sure the job was done right. We are definitely sold on using ZeroRez, and will request Johnny again next time.

The employee was great that came to my house. Seems like a very organized process with the entry rug, the door cover, etc. he was very knowledgeable and efficient! It was everything I hoped for with the reputation. Price was slightly (maybe $75) higher than other cleanings but I was also happier with the service and will plan to use in my future home.
