Dustin did such a great job with my carpeting! He was kind, professional and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. My carpets look great again and smell good too. He also educated me on how to keep them clean, and what not to use on my carpets.

I also appreciated the door barrier he used and that he always covered his shoes when working on my carpet.

and lastly, he was concerned for our safety, making sure that we stepped onto the throw rug so we didn't slip!

I will definitely use Zerorez again and ask for Dustin too!
