The technicians that did my air duct cleaning were very professional, kind, and respectful in my home. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were, but the before and after pictures showed me that they also did an incredible job. One of the technicians explained the billing adjustments and how rates worked, and I really appreciated their thoroughness. I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future!

We are extremely pleased with the Zerorez services and products. Our carpets look great. Like they're brand new again. Micah (technician) was very helpful in explaining how he would be treating the stains we needed to handle. And he was very helpful in explaining how the billing process is determined with respect to the services required. We have our own carpet shampooer but will be using Zerorez regularly as the difference in results is amazing. Thanks.

It's always been good but some new tool that seemed to really get out dirt and etc. Really seemed to make a difference!! Very happy with the service and Josh that did the work was really great--very professional and polite!!
