Very responsive and quick to come out to our home after we had a spill on new carpet. Heilen was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After applying her expertise to our particular stain, she got the stain out no problem. She also gave us some helpful hints for future. With new carpet installed throughout our home less than 2 months ago, we were sick about this stain. Heilen was amazing and has made us a customer for life!

This was the first time I'd used your services and was truly impressed. The technician was polite, professional and friendly. He cleaned 2 rooms, hallway and the couch in a very timely fashion. It's January in Minnesota and I was concerned about the front door being wide open while he was here. He draped a covering over the doorway to keep the cold at bay. The carpets were slightly damp when he left but we turned ceiling fans on and carpets were dry within a couple of hours. I would certainly use your services again.
