This was our first time using Zerorez. Reginald and Jay were very professional and courteous along with being all versed in the product and what we needed. We had some severe stains that we treated previously, and Reginald explained what problems we might have with bleaching and possible pet smells from the previous owners dogs. They did a wonderful job with the cleaning . The carpet cleaned up better than we expected. I would recommend Zerorez to friends, and I'll use Zerorez again when we need carpet cleaning done.
