I was very pleased with the service and my rug looks great. My carpet is over 20 years old so it had some stains but it looks great now! I like that the carpet is not soaking wet and is drying quickly. I would use Zerorez again.

I like the powered water rather than detergents and chemicals. Our tech was pleasant and friendly. He walked through the house to get input regarding stains, spots etc. When he was done, he walked through with me to make certain everything met my satisfaction. Our carpets look like new.

ZeroRez did a great job. Very professional and used doorway,carpet and shoe coverings to minimize any dirt/ traffic in and out of the house. They were actually ahead of schedule and were done very quickly. Carpets and stairs look great!
