I cannot say enough good things about our experience with ZeroRez. Not only is our carpet cleaner than the day that we moved into our home, but the representatives that cleaned our home were kind, professional, and engaging. From talking with our children about what they were doing to making suggestions on ways to help care for the carpet going forward, we are simply blown away by the results and experience. We will definitely be using services again.

Tom, the service technician, was super!! He told me that he's been in the business for 38 years so we were in good hands - and we were! He was efficient and quick. Not quick in the sense that he just wanted to get it done but quick in that he didn't want to take up too much of our time and he knew that the job wouldn't take that long. My carpet looks and smells wonderful! Great service. Will definitely schedule again.

Adam was great as a technician- very personable, interested in making sure I was satisfied. Online scheduling was easy and nice to have, appreciated being able to do it over the weekend and not needing to call.

My carpet looks amazing it smells fresh and clean and I love that zerorez does not use any harsh chemicals.

In our new house, the carpet (2 years old) was dusty and so matted down. We called in ZeroRez as an alternative to literally replacing the carpet. It was well worth the call! Our carpet looks fabulous and the technicians were great and so friendly!
