Both technicians Keith (carpet cleaning) Mark (air duct cleaning) explained what procedures were going to be performed before beginning services. Both technicians were polite and extremely efficient.

My Husband and I have been using the ZEROREZ COMPANY for many years and we love it. We recently moved and it was almost a Holiday. We had a schedule that was very difficult and we were told we needed to start packing and moving from our Realtor on this date so they can show our House!! Sorry this is a long story so I just wanted to mention ZEROREZ agreed they could help us with coming out and Shampooing our Place! Calvin was our Service Man and he did an amazing job on our place. What a beautiful difference he made . He went above and beyond to come out to help us with our Carpet Care! Thank you so very much to Calvin and the wonderful Company ZEROREZ! We recommend them to everyone that needs Carpet Cleaning.

Floors look beautiful! Steps were a bit challenging, but Nate returned with some Loctite and finished the job. Carpet went down in our basement family room, it's made such a difference to make the room more comfy!
