I had to have a senior cleaner come out to fix a couple issues left behind by the previous cleaner. The second cleaner did a really great job taking care of the issues. I was pleased with the outcome and I would use Zerorez again, especially if they sent a senior cleaner. The carpet is still a little crunchy, but I was assured that should go away with vacuuming.
