We appreciate the true cleaning Zerorez provides. The service rep was Covid-compliant, thoughtful and very transparent about what could or could not be accomplished with cleaning. He appropriately managed outcome expectations, the exceeded them. I also was pleased with the expanded list of cleaning options available since I last used the service. I can't wait to see how my area rug turns out when they bring it back from in-shop cleaning. Uh, oh. My expectations are high! I fully expect to be amazed at the high-quality clean... they already have service and price hands down. A tip of the hat to Seth who transferred to our city to follow his leader--that speaks volumes, too.

We have a public building where the lobby got very stained with salt after an ice storm. He got all of the stains out and made our carpets look like new.

The serviceman was great. He was flexible and did more then we could have asked for. We originally asked for our lobby area to be cleaned but had other rooms that could be done. He did all of the rugs in the building and did a fabulous job.

I have always heard great things about Zerorez and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service at a great price.

It was quick. They thought they had gotten a spot out of our carpet but when it dried it was still there which was a bummer since the carpet is less than 2 months old. Very friendly technician. I didn't realize we would be asked to tip them, which kind of caught me off guard.

There was a little disconnect between the initial price. I get that it's the technicians final say on what the cost will actually be, but the "initial" starting price should match the quote price and it didn't, but it was worked out in the end.
However, I have to say the technician did an amazing job. He clearly takes allot of pride in his work. He hand scrubbed our carpet in the areas that needed extra attention. He didn't cut corners and stayed working on our carpet until he felt is was perfect.
The machinery used seems top notch and is way more efficient than any rental carpet cleaning machine out there.
They used a cover to block the doorway to keep the cold out of the house. Living in MN with cold winters and the fact of needing the door open for the hoses to reach the truck, it was nice to block some of that cold.
Two days after our cleaning, we can really tell a huge difference. I'd recommend Zerorez but do your homework on the bided price.

I’m always so thrilled with clean carpets that smell so fresh. Also the fact that the carpets aren’t drenched and dry out quite quickly. I never use anyone but Zerorez. Promotions are run often which makes the cleaning affordable.
