I have used Zerorez in the past and was honestly never going to use you again. But a friend of mine recommended Daryl because he did an amazing job but didn't try to sell her a bunch of product or tell her that she needed more product applied to her carpets. I had that experience previously and was furious. I decided to give Daryl a try and was so pleased, both with his work and with his integrity.

I appreciate how they are willing to consider our unique circumstances (preferring to clean more frequently rather than achieve perfection with certain carpet dilemmas), and suggest an economical approach.

You guys did a great job with my new house. There are a couple stains in the carpet still, but it's a very old and well used carpet. It looks much, much, much better.
