Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Carpets always look wonderful after a Zerorez cleaning. They are honest with pricing and give you a fair estimate up front. This is the only company I will use for carpet cleaning. I had a bad experience with Stanly Steamer and Zerorez has always been great.

it's fast, easy and CLEAN. Appts have always been done on time and efficiently. service techs are knowledgable and courteous. They walked me thru every step and also asked halfway thru the service if i was seeing the difference between the clean carpet and the dirty side, and boy could i ever see. that was very nice to get.

Excellent service from Jeremy. I love how clean and fresh our rooms, stairs, and rug are now. With 2 dogs, I'm not sure why we didn't do this sooner. We will be repeat customers for sure.

The company sent me a person who took great care in cleaning my carpet and also shampooing a chair and ottoman. The carpets smell clean and look clean. If only they could stay that way but...I may have to call them again when we've messed up the place again.

I had my carpets and vents cleaned. The men you sent to my home were on time, very polite and did a fantastic job! Both of them. I had a bad experience many years ago with another company. I had my carpets cleaned and while they were in my bedroom they took my wedding ring out of my jewelry box. The employee denied it and I never got my ring back. It was nice to have such a wonderful experience with your employees. They were very kind and professional. I would recommend you to everyone!

I definitely recommend them. We had our stairway and basement carpets cleaned. I wasn’t expecting perfection because they are old and heavily used. I was not 100% satisfied but it was good enough. After I gave them that feedback they offered and wanted to come back and fix it. Apparently Berber carpets wick up old stains when cleaned. They came back and were able to make it look better! The technician was awesome!
