The ease of scheduling started the process. Everything came together as I was told it would. John was very professional and respectful of my home. He explained the process and when my husband came 15 minutes later he went thru everything again with a polite and courteous manner. He came in did a great job, showed us the pictures of what was in our vents (yuck) we paid him and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend John and Zerorez !

Great customer service and great service every time.

We had Zerorez come out to clean our ducts and bathroom tile. This was the first time since building the house we had the ducts cleaned. We were waiting until the basement was finished. The tech showed me a video after he was done of all the debris getting cleaned up. I couldn't believe we were breathing that in. My wife commented after she could tell a difference in her sinuses almost immediately after he left. The tile was cleaned and sealed by another tech. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the various products sprayed (cologne, hair spray, powder, whatever else was making the floor feel gritty/sticky at the same time). When I walked in barefoot later that night, I couldn't believe how much cleaner it felt.
We have trusted Zerorez with the carpets in the last 3 houses we have owned, and now we are converts to having them out regularly to have the ducts cleaned too.

I like the fact there is no residue from detergent and chemicals. Also, carpet looks great! I already recommended Zerorez to a neighbor. Very helpful staff which makes it nice if you have any questions.

The gentleman, Ryan Vaughn was our customer care service person. He did a good job and took extra care to make sure our home was well care for. He went over an area if it did not meet his standards.

Our technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable friendly and took the time to answer my questions. My dog liked him too so that’s always a win. Carpets were gorgeous and you could tell it was thoughtfully completed. Overall great experience and would recommend him and Zerorez!

The technician who came to my home was very friendly and professional. I especially liked the measures he took to protect the corners from any potential effects from the hoses used by the cleaning machine.

The impact of the cleaning was very impressive, particularly in a couple of our bedrooms that haven't had a professional cleaning for more than a few years. In those rooms, the effect is amazing. I never imagined those old carpets would ever look that good!

Keith, the technician, was obviously well trained. He cleaned every carpet in the house, including the stairs, in just a bit over an hour. All around, a big thumbs up!
