It was easy to set an appointment and quickly get on a schedule. They were friendly easy to talk to when I called. The price was good the service was professional. They took extra time to cover the corners with her protection and set runners down. The floors looked great when they were done and they dried rather quickly. The service tech called 15 minutes before he arrived and was in the timeframe they said. He was professional and courteous.

The techs are always very professional and take care around corners and furniture. We have a dog and needed a biologic treatment and it went well and takes care of the problem. I think zerorez has extended the life of our carpet.

Roosevelt did an awesome job! When my wife got home, she said 2 vents got overlooked. The one in the laundry room was still very dirty. She vacuumed it out. And the other was in the hallway next to shelf, right outside of the laundry room. To the right of the garage service door. (When standing inside of house) Thank you very much! First name removed
With the 2 vents overlooked, a credit would be in line for the extra vents charge. If it doesn’t effect Roosevelt though! I would definitely call and specifically request Roosevelt again!

Great great service!! Amazing outcome! Carpet looks new again and so does the tile in our mud room and half bath. Love that there aren’t any harsh chemicals used and left behind. I also purchased the spot and odor removers to reduce the risk of continued bleach marks because of using different types of stain removers.
Safe for animals and kids. No chemicals. Dries very quickly and makes my carpet feel like new.

I have a dog and she had many accidents. I didn't think anything could take care of this. But it did! The smell is gone and so are the spots! I would really recommend Zerorez. Make sure you ask for Ryan Vaughn. He is great! Asked me if I wanted extras done but did not pressure me. Told me everything he was doing the whole way through the process. He was quick and efficient.
