First, can I just say the Art was a fantastic technician! His friendliness and professionalism were appreciated. We have used Zero Rez in the past, but for some reason the last time we cleaned the basement carpet, used a groupon. It looked fine- for about 2 months. Then the soap they used attracted all kinds of dirt, especially on the stairs. Art came out this time and had the carpet looking brand new! Once it dried (in about 24 hours) there was no crunch or residue on the carpet. It felt so good to walk on it in bare feet. Lesson learned, I will never use anyone other than Zero-Rez their cleaning process is superior!

I appreciate how professional, knowledgeable and efficient the technician was when he arrived. I had no concerns or worries as he walked throughout my house. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned. Nathan did an amazing job!!!

Technician who did the work was very polite and knowlegdable. He explained everything so that we knew exactly what we were getting and why. He also explained why he could not clean the chairs we had wanted cleaned because they were to be cleaned solvent only. He was on time.

Every carpet cleaning engineer/tech from ZEROREZ has been incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. They're clear about pricing, services, what they can and cannot achieve, and they're very efficient in the home. They're generally successful in getting rid of stains and odors, and if they can't, it's not because they didn't try! I've used other carpet cleaning companies and once I tried ZEROREZ, I stuck with them because they've been the best by far.

The products are natural and pet friendly. The technician called as he was approaching our house. Upon arrival he introduced himself and we toured the area to be cleaned. He explained the entire process, the possibility some stains (from the dog) might be difficult. He offered options and we discussed them. He was efficient in his work and it was done in a timely manner. We are very pleased.

We had a fabulous experience with Zerorez. Our carpets look amazing and the technician was incredibly professional. He also was able to get out a spot of rubber cement that had been on our carpet for years. We were so shocked because we thought it would never come out. Thank you to Allen for the great job he did!

Great Services, very well knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! Tony came by and got our carpets done within two hours and even let us know which furniture, rugs we should move out of the way so it doesn't get ruined by the water. Would recommend it to other businesses!
