We've had our carpets cleaned and just recently we had our air ducts cleaned. Anthony and John were the technicians who came to clean the air ducts. They were professional and personable Anthony clearly explained the process and what they would be doing during this time. They worked well as a team and were extremely efficient in doing their job. They made certain that everything was clean and that there were no "dust bunnies" left anywhere in the house. They were very careful not to damage anything. We can tell the difference in our home as the furnace runs. There is a distinct difference in the air.

I appreciate courteous, respectful staff. I am very satisfied with products used and service done. Carpets are dry within 24 hours so there is minimal time where my rooms are unable to be used.

The technician was super conscientious and really explained everything to me so that I could truly understand what might work best for my carpets. He did an excellent job and was very respectful and polite. The office staff was also great about setting up the appointment and following up to reconfirm before the appointed time. By far the very best carpet clean I have ever had! Usually, after carpet cleans by multiple other companies, there was a feeling of film over the carpet, that I started just renting the Walmart rug doctor as it did such a better job. I called zerorez only because I do not find that the rug doctor stairs attachment works well. I was so incredibly impressed with the job zerorez did that my 10 year old carpet looks SO much better! Both your techs were amazing. On tike , friendly and worked fast. My carpets are so nice. The only thing you should consider is a different price in duct cleaning if the main line is not accessible. I live in a manufactured home and the main line runs under the house. Could not be cleaned like a normal house but I still paid the same amount.
