John came to clean my duct work and canceled for me saying they were very clean and he wouldn’t feel right cleaning them. INTEGRITY!! He totally could’ve gone through the motions and cost me a lot of unnecessary money. Keith F cleaned my carpets and did a great job of not only cleaning, but educating me on how to best treat doggie accidents. Both guys were very kind! I also liked the text scheduling and communications. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
