Carpet always looks and smells great after a cleaning. Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Products work good, or at least the special treatment for pet accidents do.
There after care service was fabulous! They had cleaned in professional way at the first time and then 2 weeks later, the carpet smell on basement restarted just a little bit, but they dedicatedly provided free of charge after care service and all the smells now gone!
