did good job of cleaning my ducts. Told me my ducts downstairs were closed. I did not
know that. Always was cold downstairs. was glad to be informed of that.

My vent in kitchen fell out of ceiling the other day. Have to get someone to put back up.

They did forget vent in my downstairs bathroom..
