The carpets and the title cleaning were great. The carpet cleaner technician was very friendly and did a nice job. The tile turned out great, but disappointed to see the wood trim along the tile going into another room had some scratches and dents, that will need some repair.

I was a bit surprised when I was told what the cost would be, with possibly a tip? I hadn’t heard that asked or suggested before. He was a nice young man, and I have no desire to get him into trouble, but felt I should mention it in case it was outside the usual pattern!
