So mad I waited this long to use your service. I had somebody (not zerorez) clean my carpets 6 months ago, some stains didn't come out. I thought they were just going to be there. When zerorez came out, the carpet looked new and all the stains came out. I won't waste my money on someone else next time. I will only use zerorez. fabulous!
