I highly recommend zerorez! Our technician was very friendly and helpful. He explained why he was using what cleaning solutions on the different upholstery in our home and recommended a protective solution on our dining chairs and our white sectional. He was respectful and wore his mask the entire time. Very professional and got right to work. I will definitely have zerorez back for sure!

This is the second time Zerorez cleaned my carpet. The first time they far exceeded my expectations and this time they met my raised expectations! Carpet is really clean with no odors.

Technicians that performed my duct cleaning were very respectful, knowledgeable and safe. They discussed optional upgrades with me that could improve my system, but did not ‘sell’ or pressure me to do anything more than I agreed to before they arrived.
Will consider them again for other needs as well.

Friendly, careful, quality job. At least for carpet cleaning services, the duck cleaning was good but the technician left a mess on my carpeted stairs. But whatever you do to train the carpet cleaning team, it's working!

Nice job, I think. It was so quick, just 45 minutes. I wondered but as the house is put back together, it looks nice.
Quick and affordable
Polite reps and cleaning tech! Service went smoothly and fast. Our carpet is aging, however it turned out almost new. We had a rust spot from a water heater being removed from our lower level which leaked on the stair landing. I was very worried it would be a permanent stain. The tech along with the ZEROREZ products and cleaning process applied by the Tech removed it completely.
The Tech also advised us to be careful when walking on the wet carpet unto the wooden floor that one could easily fall. I was glad that this was mentioned to us because I experienced a step that could have led to a nasty fall if I hadn’t been forewarned.
