We had our ducts cleaned and we liked that there was an option to not use a brush to clean the air ducts. The lady I spoke with to schedule the appointment did a wonderful job talking through the options and listening to our needs! The technician was wonderful, thoroughly explained the process and talked about other services that Zerorez offers, he wasn’t sales-y but made it a conversation which we appreciate (and now we know that Zerorez does other services). And he was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Had a great experience.
