Upgraded from 7 to 10. Crew was able to find the missing vent and was able to give me a satisfied cleaned vent. Went initially with zero Rez due to the reputation and it shows with great service.

No other cleaning company can compare to Zerorez. My carpets are seven years old now. Iv’e only had Zerorez clean them and they look like new yet. The process you use to clean them really helps carpets last!!!

Kevin was awesome and I will totally have him back again to clean our carpets. This was our first time using zerorez and we will totally be using them again. Our carpets look great and they don’t smell like wet dog like some other companies after cleaning the carpets. I have already recommended Kevin to 2 of my friends. Good job, 5 stars!

Very professional staff(Brandon) he explained everything, put down matt, used cones so hoses did not hit walls or cabinets. Asked about stains so he knew how to pre- treat them. Floor looked great after cleaning, no harsh smells and less wet carpet then most cleaners
