I wanted to have the a couch, love seat, and chair cleaned. Seth (our tech) showed me the tags stating "Dry Clean Only" and Zerorez First name removed't use harsh chemicals so we decided against cleaning those items (my lungs say, thank you). Seth was able to clean up a couple of nasty stains which we thought would never go away. He also suggested cleaning the carpet on a regular bases instead of the one every ten years.
