My experience with the tech, Latrell was great. He called and said he could come out earlier if that would work and I was happy with the great job of cleaning the carpet he did for us.
They have always done a very nice job. They have my twenty year old carpet looking fresh and clean. It may not look brand new, but pretty darn close!

I would highly recommend Zerorez! Our berber carpeting had never been cleaned after many years of light-medium use. I had my doubts that the wear marks would come out but they did ... You can barely tell where they are!! The associate was friendly, considerate, informative and thorough. The carpet was totally dry by the next morning and we could tell that there was no residue left behind on it. The pricing was great, we definitely got what we paid for and then some. We did right by our investment to have Zerorez do the cleaning, no regrets!
