After the first visit, when the carpets dried a spot appeared out of no where. The areas around where the bed legs were didn't seem to be cleaned very well either. Called to report the issue, and they sent over someone who spent a good one hour to clean it out, specially the big strange spot. Good customer service!

The carpets look new again and Nate and Josh were willing to spend extra time on some of the dirtier spots. We appreciated Greg suggesting and putting in the UV light in the furnace in the am and Nate and Josh doing carpet cleaning in the afternoon. 👏
