The scheduling was easy and reasonable in terms of setting expectations. The rep was very polite, clear about expectations and didn't try to oversell, though he did introduce us to a new service for area rug cleaning that I will say is a 10, 10, 10. Scheduled pick up, clear understanding of the cleaning process and scheduled return. Plus, it was less expensive than the laundry service we used to use.
