We relocated to Hudson, WI in 2013 from Michigan. Several friends and neighbors recommended Zerorez a few years ago to have our home carpets cleaned. They said you were the best, and we were extremely pleased. This month we brought three oriental carpets to you for cleaning and again are very pleased. Customer Service was very friendly and helpful when I called to make an appointment. A couple day before they called and gave us a 4 hour time frame. The day of the cleaning the technician called and told us he was 30-40 minutes out. When he arrived he asked if he could park in the driveway. He came in and was very polite and friendly to all of us. We went over the areas that needed pretreating and he was very professional with asking and answering questions. He cleaned the carpet and we then went thru it to be sure there were no missed areas. Very pleased with the outcome and would truly use Zerorez again as I have in the past.

In this case, Blake did a good job on our very dated carpet. It came cleaner than we'd hoped.
Not happy about the extra $75.00 for the “deep stain” (coffee) in lower level bedroom and I think it is still visible.
Also, a few small persistent stains also probably coffee drips seem to be reappearing in the main traffic area in living/dining area.
Your techs are great! Very fast and efficient but always seem to be in a hurry which I guess is normal. Time =$$$$.
We gave our usual gratuity which is fine on top of a fairly big bill of over $250.00.
I think they were in and out of here in about an hour maybe an hour and 10 minutes.
Might have to rethink about ZeroRez next time around. I think we can find less expensive providers locally through NextDoor.
