This was the first time I'd used your services and was truly impressed. The technician was polite, professional and friendly. He cleaned 2 rooms, hallway and the couch in a very timely fashion. It's January in Minnesota and I was concerned about the front door being wide open while he was here. He draped a covering over the doorway to keep the cold at bay. The carpets were slightly damp when he left but we turned ceiling fans on and carpets were dry within a couple of hours. I would certainly use your services again.

Scheduling the service was easy and the people I spoke with were clear with the quotes and very professional in their demeanor.
The furnace cleaning team was quick and did a good job of explaining what they were doing.
The carpet cleaner was also clear with what he was doing. He answered any questions that I had.
The only issue I had was either the furnace team or the carpet cleaner put a small divot into the stairwell just above the wood baseboard with their equipment.
