Micah (technician) was very helpful in explaining how he would be treating the stains we needed to handle. And he was very helpful in explaining how the billing process is determined with respect to the services required. We have our own carpet shampooer but will be using Zerorez regularly as the difference in results is amazing. Thanks.

Not only is our carpet cleaner than the day that we moved into our home, but the representatives that cleaned our home were kind, professional, and engaging. From talking with our children about what they were doing to making suggestions on ways to help care for the carpet going forward, we are simply blown away by the results and experience. Tom, the service technician, was super!! He told me that he's been in the business for 38 years so we were in good hands - and we were! He was efficient and quick. Not quick in the sense that he just wanted to get it done but quick in that he didn't want to take up too much of our time and he knew that the job wouldn't take that long. My carpet looks and smells wonderful! Great service. Will definitely schedule again.
