I had Zerorez clean my furnace ducts. I had been able to see what most of them looked like with a flashlight, which was crazy; it was clear they had never been cleaned. The cleaning experience was quick and easy - the two techs were very polite and professional. Afterwards, I immediately saw an increase in the airflow throughout my house. After a few weeks, I have noticed less dust on my furniture, which is definitely a plus. Well worth it!

Very responsive and quick to come out to our home after we had a spill on new carpet. Heilen was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After applying her expertise to our particular stain, she got the stain out no problem. She also gave us some helpful hints for future. With new carpet installed throughout our home less than 2 months ago, we were sick about this stain. Heilen was amazing and has made us a customer for life!

The process is simple and straightforward. After signing up for service online, I got a text message to confirm the appointment. After confirming the appointment, I received a call the day of the service when the technicians were 30 minutes out. Upon arrival, we reviewed the requested job together. The assessment was thorough, including expectations on the projected results (especially where staining was present), cost of the job, etc. The cleaning for 4 rooms, a stairway, hallway, and sectional couch took about 2 hours to complete. Both Anthony and Blake worked very hard. They reviewed their work upon completion, asked if I wanted them to go over any other areas that they worked on. On the way out, they texted me a link to make payment. Simple, reliable (I’ve hired ZeroRez before), and dependable. I would DEFINITELY recommend the company, and I am certain I will be doing business with them in the future!
