The knowledgeable people who represent your company. The level of professionalism when I called to discuss your services. I spoke to three different people ( Kevin, Charlie and David ) before the work even started. I applaud excellent customer service and they are the reason I even scheduled an appointment to begin with. The barrier put on the front door to prohibit the cold from coming in, the corner guards so the hoses don’t wreck the base trim. If I used your company again, I would request the same zerorez people to complete the work.

We very much appreciated the follow up (second) service for free. We were somewhat dissatisfied with the grout cleaning in our kitchen after the first service visit. Zerorez called a few days later and told us of their free follow up service policy if you and not 100% happy with the service performed. They sent a cleaning tech out for a second visit and he was able to improve the grout in the kitchen by quite a bit. That is great customer service. Thank you Zerorez.
