It was quick. They thought they had gotten a spot out of our carpet but when it dried it was still there which was a bummer since the carpet is less than 2 months old. Very friendly technician. I didn't realize we would be asked to tip them, which kind of caught me off guard.

There was a little disconnect between the initial price. I get that it's the technicians final say on what the cost will actually be, but the "initial" starting price should match the quote price and it didn't, but it was worked out in the end.
However, I have to say the technician did an amazing job. He clearly takes allot of pride in his work. He hand scrubbed our carpet in the areas that needed extra attention. He didn't cut corners and stayed working on our carpet until he felt is was perfect.
The machinery used seems top notch and is way more efficient than any rental carpet cleaning machine out there.
They used a cover to block the doorway to keep the cold out of the house. Living in MN with cold winters and the fact of needing the door open for the hoses to reach the truck, it was nice to block some of that cold.
Two days after our cleaning, we can really tell a huge difference. I'd recommend Zerorez but do your homework on the bided price.

I’m always so thrilled with clean carpets that smell so fresh. Also the fact that the carpets aren’t drenched and dry out quite quickly. I never use anyone but Zerorez. Promotions are run often which makes the cleaning affordable.

So mad I waited this long to use your service. For years I been so disappointed after having our carpets cleaned by other companies that over used soapy/detergent filled chemicals and made all of our high traffic areas look worse. I didn’t think they would ever look clean again but WOW they look fantastic! Highly recommend and will definitely only use Zerorez going forward. Thank you!!

I had somebody (not zerorez) clean my carpets 6 months ago, some stains didn't come out. I thought they were just going to be there. When zerorez came out, the carpet looked new and all the stains came out. I won't waste my money on someone else next time. I will only use zerorez. fabulous!

I really think it depends on the technicians you send us. The name of our Technician was Johnny and he was absolutely fabulous! The best carpet shampooer we have had yet!
He worked very hard and paid special attention to some stains I myself didn't even notice.
Both my husband and I were very pleased with his work.

ZeroRez was great. Technician arrived to clean our commercial office right on time, was efficient and walked me through the project both before and after the cleaning.
