Adam was great as a technician- very personable, interested in making sure I was satisfied. Online scheduling was easy and nice to have, appreciated being able to do it over the weekend and not needing to call.

He did a thorough professional job! Would recommend zero res and him to any of my friends. He was an honest man and full of integrity.

My carpet looks amazing it smells fresh and clean and I love that zerorez does not use any harsh chemicals.

In our new house, the carpet (2 years old) was dusty and so matted down. We called in ZeroRez as an alternative to literally replacing the carpet. It was well worth the call! Our carpet looks fabulous and the technicians were great and so friendly!

Not only was the carpet cleaning fantastic but Latrell actually took the time to interact with my kids. I have pretty chatty kids who don’t understand that people might be busy and while being extremely efficient and thorough Latrell also chatted with my 4 year old and even explained when things might be loud so that he wasn’t afraid. Honestly, all around this could not have been a better experience. I will always use Zerorez.

The cleaner was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and respectful of our property and comfort. While not miracle workers, the carpets are nice and clean. No odors or downsides.
