Quick service and not tons of chemicals . I have found some spots that I didn’t see when it was wet. I didn’t realize I should have marked where they were. Guess the person doing the cleaning asked my husband if there were areas to especially note. I should have been the one to ask, didn’t realize he had so I guess it is my fault. The worker was very polite and attentive. I was surprised at how quickly the cleaning was done. Thanks

Both the person that cleaned our carpet and the person who cleaned out our air ducts were conscientious, very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and took the time to explain their procedures and follow-up plan moving forward. We will definitely be returning to to Zerorez on a more regular basis to clean our carpet and return for the air ducts as directed by your staff. Dan provided really great customer service and was very friendly. He was very communicative before, during and after the appointment. He let me know when he was close to arriving, he walked through the entire process, and found a few tiny stains that I didn't even see prior to the service. The carpets looks fresh and the dog smell from the previous homeowners is gone.

The Zerorez tech was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. The carpets looked very good after they were cleaned. I love the fact that they do NOT use any chemicals! The process did not take a long time to complete.

The entire process with Zerorez was delightful. From booking my appointment with customer service (and even having to rebook twice) they were most accommodating and pleasant! Their reminder calls preceding the appointment and even their tech calling when 10 minutes away from me was unbelievable! When my tech Brian arrived, he was extremely nice, professional, and did an excellent job! I have never run across such a professionally run, thorough and quality carpet cleaning service. I would imagine their other cleaning services would be excellent as well. Try them, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

The technician Jeremy Longsdon did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and working with me to properly move as much furniture as we could to clean those ares also. The carpet turned out great with no after smell.
