The carpets are clean, but they are not overly fragrant. That is definately a positive for me!
The guys always explain everything very thoroughly and let me know exactly what they're going to do. They are very careful with the equipment and take care to protect the walls from bumps/scratches. I understand that they're required to tell me about other services and/or products I might be interested in. If I'm not interested, I just say no and the subject is dropped. There's no pressure after that. When they leave, everything is cleaned up and my carpets look amazing!

The technician (Chris) was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all the questions that I had. The carpets look fabulous! They were even dirtier than I thought :) There was a stain on one part of the carpet that I was sure would not come out and it did. The technician dried the area thoroughly to make sure there was no more work that needed to be done on it before he left. I plan to use zerorez again.
No chemicals used, light scent used was tolerable, carpet feels and looks clean. The staff who did the cleaning were very clear about the services and costs and were very respectful, professional, and efficient.
